1.Y6-30 boiler induced draft fan overview
At present, there are many series of boilers, and the coal quality is quite different. After adding dust removal equipment and waste heat utilization equipment, the pumping force is insufficient to affect the normal operation. In order to overcome the insufficient pumping force caused by the above reasons, the furnace appears. Positive pressure, etc., affects the phenomenon of boiler combustion and normal operation. Therefore, various types of boiler induced draft fans whose air volume, wind pressure and boiler matching efficiency are designed and manufactured are provided, and each user is selected and applied.
2.Y6-30 boiler induced draft fan type
(1) The fan can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. From the end of the motor, the fan impeller is rotated in the clockwise direction, which is called the right-handed fan. It is represented by “right”, otherwise it is called “l(fā)eft”.
(2) The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, and the left and right directions can be made 0°, and if necessary, the outlet directions of 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225° can be made. When ordering, the user should indicate the angle of the tuyere, except that the "left and right" is turned outward.
(3) The transmission mode of the fan is C type and D type.
3. Structure of Y6-30 boiler induced draft fan
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, a damper, a transmission part and an air inlet.
(1) The impeller consists of several blades, a curved front plate and a straight rear plate, all of which are made of steel plates. The impeller is dynamically balanced and has good aerodynamic performance, high efficiency, low noise and stable operation.
(2) The casing is made of a spiral body welded by steel plates.
(3) The general fan is equipped with a damper, which is a device for adjusting the air volume of the fan, so that the air volume and the wind pressure are adjusted to the optimal state of the boiler operation.
(4) The transmission part consists of a main shaft, a bearing housing, a coupling or a disk. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel and the bearings are rolling bearings. There is sufficient volume in the bearing housing to place the cooling oil and an oil level indicator to ensure normal operation.
